You therefore need to connect Mollie to a platform with features for ticket sales.
Many organisers have tried to use e-commerce systems for ticket sales. This is logical, since there are many high-quality e-commerce tools available nowadays. However, in most cases this does not have the desired effect. E-commerce platforms are designed for product sales and not for ticket sales. Benefit 1: By selling tickets through Mollie, you receive payments directly to your Mollie account. At Mollie, you can then set the frequency at which you want to receive payments on your account. You can choose to receive payments monthly, weekly, daily or after your event. Many other ticketing systems only pay out money after the event has ended. This can mean that you have to wait a long time for your money. Having your ticket sales processed through Mollie can make a big difference to your cash flow.
Benefit 2: The costs for processing payments are lower by linking your ticket sales system to Mollie. This way, you can process payments directly without the intervention of a ticketing system. If your ticketing system processes payments for your organisation, then in almost all cases they will charge you for this mediation. Step 2: You click on Organisation (top right) and then on Link Mollie Payments.
Step 3: If you don't have a Mollie account yet, click Create Mollie account. Follow the signup process at Mollie. If you already have a Mollie account, click on Connect Mollie account. You will then be given permission to connect your Mollie account to your WeTicket account. After you've given your permission, the two platforms will be automatically connected. You can now securely receive payments.
